Ubuntu Social Wellness is authorised to issue Section 18A tax-deductible certificates in accordance with the South African Income Tax Act.
This status enables qualifying donors to claim tax deductions on eligible donations made to the organisation

As a registered Public Benefit Organisation with Section 18A approval, Ubuntu Social Wellness provides donors with:
- Tax relief through deductible donations
- Compliance with Corporate Social Investment (CSI) requirements
- Assurance that funds are administered within a regulated and monitored framework

Section 18A certificates are issued upon receipt of qualifying donations
